Shopify Development Company In Delhi For NCR Brands And Traders

Shopify and Magento stores for Delhi wholesalers, Noida manufacturers and Gurugram D2C brands. Our engineers work from Vadodara and Bengaluru, not from an NCR office, and we will tell you exactly how that works before you sign anything.

Since 2014 building commerce 150+ projects delivered 37 published case studies 4.9 average rating

Do you need an agency in Delhi to build a good Shopify store for a Delhi business? No. You need one that understands how NCR commerce actually runs: heavy cash on delivery, high return-to-origin rates on tier 2 and tier 3 pincodes, wholesale buyers who want trade prices, and GST invoices that your CA will accept first time.

We have worked with Indian brands on those problems for more than a decade. Meetings happen on video by default, and we travel to NCR for the workshops that are worth doing in person.

Who calls us from NCR

Three kinds of NCR business, three different stores

Delhi

Wholesalers and trading houses

Businesses that have sold to retailers across North India for years and now want those retailers ordering online. The store needs login-only trade pricing, minimum order quantities, credit limits and an order history a shop owner can reorder from in two taps. That is usually a Magento job, or Shopify Plus B2B for a smaller catalogue.

Noida

Manufacturers and exporters

Electronics, apparel and home goods makers in the Noida and Greater Noida industrial belts, selling to export buyers and now to Indian consumers too. The work is often a D2C store alongside an existing export business, with inventory that has to stay consistent between the two.

Gurugram

Funded D2C brands

Brands with a marketing team, a performance budget and a conversion rate that is not moving. The job here is less about building and more about fixing: speed, checkout, app bloat and the conversion work that turns paid traffic into orders.

The problem nobody puts in the brief

Cash on delivery is where Indian stores quietly lose money

Every returned COD parcel costs forward shipping, return shipping and a stock item that spent two weeks in transit. A store with a healthy conversion rate can still lose money if a large share of its COD orders come back undelivered, and most store owners only find out when they reconcile with their courier.

We treat RTO reduction as part of the build rather than a later fix: one-page checkouts such as GoKwik or Shopflo that score COD risk, OTP-verified phone numbers, partial prepaid or a small COD fee on high-risk pincodes, and UPI nudges at checkout so a buyer who would have paid cash pays now instead.

The Indian commerce stack we work with

  • Payments: Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe PG, UPI intent flows
  • Checkout: GoKwik, Shopflo, native Shopify checkout with COD rules
  • Shipping: Shiprocket, Delhivery and courier aggregators with NDR handling
  • Accounts: GST invoices with HSN codes, Tally and Zoho Books sync
  • Messaging: WhatsApp order confirmation and COD verification
  • Language: Hindi storefronts where the buyer base calls for it

Frequently asked

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often.

Do you have an office in Delhi, Noida or Gurugram?

No. We do not have an office anywhere in NCR, and we would rather be clear about that than suggest a local presence we do not have. Our team works from our head office in Vadodara and our second office in Bengaluru. For Delhi, Noida and Gurugram clients, meetings happen on video by default, work is tracked in a shared project channel, and we travel to NCR for the workshops where being in the room genuinely helps, such as discovery with a large trade business or training the team who will run the store.

How do you reduce RTO on cash on delivery orders?

We reduce RTO by making risky COD orders less likely to be placed, rather than chasing them after dispatch. That means verifying phone numbers with OTP, using a one-page checkout such as GoKwik or Shopflo that scores COD risk by pincode and buyer history, offering partial prepaid or a small COD fee where risk is high, and nudging buyers towards UPI at checkout. After dispatch, WhatsApp confirmation and proper non-delivery report handling with your courier catch more of the rest. We set these up during the build because retrofitting them later means changing a checkout customers already use.

Can you build a wholesale store for Delhi traders?

Yes. Delhi wholesalers usually need a login-only store where each retailer sees their own trade price, minimum order quantities and credit limit, can reorder from past orders quickly, and gets a GST invoice with their GSTIN. For a large catalogue with many price lists, Magento 2 handles this natively. For a smaller catalogue, Shopify Plus B2B is often enough. We also plan how existing phone and WhatsApp orders move onto the store, because retailers who have ordered one way for years need a reason, and a very simple interface, to switch.

Should a Gurugram D2C brand stay on Shopify?

Usually, yes. Most D2C brands on Shopify that are struggling do not have a platform problem. They have a store problem: too many apps slowing the theme, a checkout that loses buyers, weak product pages, and COD orders coming back undelivered. Replatforming does not fix any of those and costs months. We normally start with an audit, fix speed, checkout and app bloat, and only recommend moving platform when there is a real limit, such as complex B2B pricing or a catalogue structure Shopify cannot carry without heavy workarounds.

Which payment and shipping tools do you integrate for Indian stores?

For payments we typically set up Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree or PhonePe, with UPI intent flows so mobile buyers pay in their UPI app in one step. For shipping we integrate Shiprocket, Delhivery or other courier aggregators, including non-delivery report handling so failed deliveries are followed up rather than returned automatically. We add GoKwik or Shopflo for one-page checkout where COD volume justifies it, and WhatsApp for order and COD confirmation. The right mix depends on your order volume and margins, so we compare fees and settlement terms with you before choosing.

Can you move us from Amazon or Flipkart selling to our own store?

Yes, and it is a common NCR brief. Marketplace sellers usually want their own store for two reasons: margin after marketplace fees, and owning the customer relationship so they can market to repeat buyers. We launch a lean Shopify store first, with your catalogue, Indian payments and shipping set up, and keep the marketplace channels running alongside it with inventory kept in sync so you do not oversell. The store will not replace marketplace volume overnight, so we plan it as a second channel that grows, with retention and repeat purchase as the early goals.

Do you build Hindi or bilingual storefronts?

Yes, where your buyers call for it. A Hindi storefront can make a real difference for brands selling into tier 2 and tier 3 cities in North India, and for wholesale portals used by retailers who prefer to work in Hindi. The work covers more than translating the homepage: product content, checkout, order confirmations and WhatsApp messages all need to work in the chosen language. On Shopify this is handled with the built-in language tools and a translation app, and on Magento with separate store views. Machine translation is a first pass only; checkout and policy text needs a human review.

How do you handle GST and invoicing?

We configure GST so each order carries the correct HSN codes and the right split between CGST and SGST or IGST depending on the delivery state, and capture GSTIN for business buyers so they can claim input credit. Invoices are generated from the store or passed to your accounts system, and we commonly sync orders into Tally or Zoho Books so your accountant is not re-keying them. We recommend your CA reviews the tax setup before launch. We build and test it, but the sign-off on tax treatment for your specific products should come from them.

Can you work with our existing agency or in-house marketing team?

Yes. Many Gurugram and Noida brands already have a performance marketing agency or an in-house growth team, and they need a development partner who ships what they ask for without friction. We work in your tools, agree how requests are prioritised, and keep tracking and analytics intact through every release, because broken pixels and events hurt campaign performance straight away. We will push back when a requested change is likely to hurt conversion or speed, and explain why, but the marketing decisions remain yours and your agency's.

How long does it take to build or fix a store?

A fix engagement for an existing Shopify store, covering speed, checkout, apps and COD controls, usually runs over a few weeks and starts with an audit so the work is ranked by impact. A new Shopify store with Indian payments, shipping and checkout configured is typically a matter of weeks. A Magento wholesale store with trade pricing and an accounts or ERP integration takes a few months, mostly because integrations need testing with your real data. You get a specific delivery date in writing after discovery, not a range.

What does working with you look like week to week?

You get a named lead engineer, a shared channel for questions, and a working staging store you can click through every two weeks rather than status reports. Changes to scope are discussed and agreed before any extra work is done, so there are no surprise invoices. We have been building commerce since 2014 across 150+ projects, and the habits that matter most for remote work are the plain ones: answering the same day, showing working software often, and flagging problems early instead of at the deadline.

Are you a Shopify development company in Delhi?

We are a Shopify development company that works with Delhi, Noida and Gurugram businesses, but our engineers are in Vadodara and Bengaluru, not in an NCR office. Delhi clients work with us over video calls, a shared project board and written weekly updates, and we travel for workshops when a project needs it. The work is the same you would get locally: Shopify and Shopify Plus builds, COD and RTO controls, GST invoicing, Shiprocket or Delhivery integration, and migrations from WooCommerce or marketplace selling.
