Our default web stack is TypeScript with React or Next.js on the front end, and Node.js, Laravel, .NET, Go or Python on the server, backed by PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis. We pick per workload rather than by preference: a content-led marketing site and a transactional application have genuinely different needs, and forcing both onto one framework usually costs more later. If you already run a stack your team can maintain, we will build within it rather than argue for a rewrite. The deciding question is what your people can support after we hand over, not what is newest.

Every change goes through a pull request review before it merges, with automated unit and integration tests, end to end type safety, and static analysis plus dependency CVE scanning running in CI. Nothing reaches the main branch without those gates passing. We also keep the build reproducible, so a new developer can clone the repository and run it the same day. The point is not ceremony: it is that the person who inherits this codebase in two years, whether that is us or your own team, can change it confidently without discovering undocumented behaviour the hard way.

Discovery and estimation take one to two weeks, and the build usually runs eight to twenty four weeks depending on scope, integrations and how much content has to be produced or migrated. We work in two week sprints with a demo at the end of each and signed off acceptance, so you see working software early rather than a single reveal at the end. Integration heavy projects almost always take longer than the visible page count suggests, because the work sits in someone else’s API. We would rather give you a realistic range up front than a comfortable one.

Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Our dedicated squad model places senior engineers, an architect and a technical lead inside your existing rituals: your Jira, your Slack, your GitHub organisation and your code review process. We are not running a parallel project and handing over a zip file at the end. In practice this works best when your team owns architectural decisions and we supply delivery capacity, or when we bring a specialism your team does not have yet and transfer it deliberately. We will tell you which of those two we think you actually need.

Every project ships with thirty days of post launch support included, which covers defects, small adjustments and the issues that only surface under real traffic. Beyond that, longer term support is a separate Managed Ops engagement with agreed response time SLAs, covering patching, monitoring, dependency updates and performance work. We keep those separate deliberately so you are not paying a retainer during a period that should already be covered. Most sites need some attention in the first month regardless of how well they were built, because production traffic finds things no staging environment will.

You do, from the first commit. Source lives in your repositories rather than ours, so you are never waiting on a handover to access your own work, and every engagement is delivered under NDA with IP assignment clauses written into the statement of work. There is no licensing arrangement where you keep paying us to use what you commissioned, and no proprietary framework you can only maintain through us. If you decide to move the work in house or to another agency, you should be able to do that without asking our permission or unpicking a dependency on us.
