View Clutch ProfileLaunch your SaaS product faster with enterprise-grade architecture – multi-tenancy, subscription billing, analytics, and white-label support built in from day one.
We architect and build SaaS platforms that scale from 10 users to 100,000 – without rewrites. Our SaaS development methodology combines multi-tenant architecture, robust billing infrastructure, and product analytics so your platform is ready for growth the day it launches. Every decision is documented in an Architecture Decision Record before a line of code is written.

The tenancy model you choose at launch determines your security posture, upgrade path, and infrastructure cost for years. We evaluate schema-per-tenant, row-level security, and silo models against your compliance requirements, customer size distribution, and growth projections – and document the decision before a line of code is written.
Billing is the most underestimated complexity in any SaaS product. A Stripe integration that handles free trials, proration, mid-cycle upgrades, metered usage, and dunning – correctly, in every edge case – takes weeks to build properly. We ship a billing layer that handles every scenario without manual intervention and exposes MRR, churn, and LTV in your admin dashboard.
We build SaaS platforms on proven, cloud-native stacks that your team can operate without specialist heroics. Every service is containerised, observable, and deployable to any cloud. We match the stack to your team’s long-term hiring plan – not just the fastest path to launch.
Great SaaS products are built for retention – not just signup. We instrument every activation step, build in-app upgrade flows, and design feature-gate logic that drives plan conversions without annoying free users. The growth loop is an engineering decision made at build time, not a post-launch add-on.
Enterprise buyers require SOC 2 Type II, SSO, and audit logs before they sign. We build the compliance-ready infrastructure into your SaaS from the beginning – so a security review from a Fortune 500 prospect never becomes a six-month engineering detour.
Secure, observable, compliant systems built for org charts that span continents – and audits that don’t.
Kubernetes, Terraform and GitOps – golden paths for 10–500 engineer orgs.
SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA – control mappings, evidence and audits.
SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics – with idempotent contracts and replay.
OpenTelemetry across every service – traces, RUM, business KPIs.
Every engagement follows the same stage cycle – so you always know what is happening, what comes next, and who owns it.

A FinServ rollout consolidated 14 AWS accounts, introduced FinOps guardrails and automated rightsizing – saving $2.1M annually.
Enterprise software is judged on three axes at once: it has to be secure enough to pass audit, cheap enough to defend in finance review, and ergonomic enough that engineers actually adopt it. Most platforms optimise one and lose the other two.
We design internal developer platforms with a paved road for the common case – so 80% of services ship without a security or platform consultation. Edge cases get review; the rest get velocity.
SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA controls are mapped to Terraform modules, OPA policies and CI checks. Auditors get evidence in a repo – not in a spreadsheet someone updated last quarter.
FinOps tagging, autoscaling policies and cost-per-tenant dashboards ship with every service. Surprises become impossible by design – not by quarterly fire drill.
OpenTelemetry traces, RUM, business-KPI dashboards and SLO error budgets are wired in from sprint zero. When the CEO asks why revenue dipped at 14:23, you have the answer before the meeting ends.
Four non-negotiables that govern every engineering choice we make – from stack selection to incident response.
Every pull request runs static analysis and ML-pattern checks before a human reviewer sees it – so engineers spend their review time on logic, not linting.
Structured logs, distributed traces, RUM and alerting are wired in from sprint one. When something breaks at 2 a.m., the on-call has the full picture in seconds – not a blank Datadog screen.
Every sprint is reviewed against the business metric it was meant to move – conversion rate, latency, error budget – not story points or lines of code delivered.
Graceful degradation, idempotent retries, dead-letter queues and circuit breakers are default patterns, not afterthoughts. Systems that fail quietly are more dangerous than systems that fail loudly.
Architecture review, security posture, compliance gap analysis and a prioritised remediation roadmap – in four weeks.
Platform engineering or application build delivered in measured waves – with rollback at every phase and audit evidence throughout.

More than the application itself, which is the part most estimates underprice. A production SaaS needs tenant isolation, authentication and roles, a billing and subscription lifecycle, onboarding, usage metering, an admin surface for your own team, and the observability to know when a single customer is having a bad time. The feature set customers see is often the smaller half of the work. We scope those foundations explicitly at the start rather than discovering them in month four, because retrofitting tenancy or billing into a product that assumed a single customer is one of the more expensive rewrites there is.
The choice is between a shared schema with a tenant identifier on every row, a schema per tenant, or a database per tenant, and it is driven by your isolation and compliance requirements rather than by elegance. Shared schema scales most cheaply and is right for most products. Separate databases suit enterprise buyers who contractually require isolation, at a real operational cost per tenant. Whichever we choose, tenant scoping is enforced at the data access layer rather than left to individual queries, because a single query that forgets its tenant filter is how one customer sees another customer’s data.
Usually through Stripe or a comparable provider rather than building billing yourself, because proration, tax, dunning, failed payments and plan changes are far more intricate than they first appear. The work is in the integration: keeping your entitlements in step with the provider’s subscription state, handling webhooks idempotently so a repeated event cannot double charge or double provision, and making sure a failed payment degrades access predictably instead of locking someone out mid task. We also make plan and pricing changes data driven, since a pricing model hardcoded into application logic becomes an engineering ticket every time commercial terms change.
Yes, and the two phases deserve different engineering. An MVP should be built to be discarded in places, because its job is to answer a commercial question quickly. Scaling then means hardening what proved useful: adding real observability, fixing the queries that were fine at a thousand rows, introducing background processing, and paying down the shortcuts that were deliberate at the time. We try to be explicit about which shortcuts are intentional and which are debt, so the transition is a planned piece of work rather than a gradual realisation that the product cannot take more customers.
Our delivery process maps to SOC 2 controls, and we can co-author the evidence for ISO 27001, HIPAA and PCI engagements rather than leaving your team to reverse engineer what was built. Practically that means access control and audit logging designed in rather than added under deadline, secrets kept out of the repository, encryption in transit and at rest by default, and dependency vulnerability scanning in CI. For SaaS specifically, tenant isolation is the control that matters most commercially: it is the first thing an enterprise buyer’s security review will probe, and the hardest to add later.
Raulji Technologies delivers SaaS Development for ambitious brands worldwide. Whether you need rapid saas development prototyping, a full production launch or long-term saas development partnership, our certified team blends strategy, design and engineering into a single accountable workflow. Every saas development engagement starts with a discovery sprint, then moves through architecture, build, QA and measurable post-launch growth – so you get more than code, you get outcomes from your saas development investment.
A modern saas development programme drives measurable revenue, reduces technical debt and unlocks new channels. Our saas development approach focuses on three compounding levers: speed-to-market, conversion rate and search visibility.
By treating saas development as a growth engine – not a one-off project – we help teams unlock 2-4x ROI within the first year. Each SaaS Development decision is informed by analytics, A/B testing and customer feedback so the impact compounds quarter after quarter.
